2. Services Provided

We offer GMAT tutoring services, including:

• One-on-one tutoring sessions (virtual or in-person, where available).

• Practice tests and study materials.

• Personalized study plans tailored to your needs.

Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

To access certain services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• All activities conducted under your account.

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@gmattutornyc.com.

4. Payment and Fees

• Pricing: Fees for tutoring sessions and materials are listed on our website and subject to change.

• Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party processors. Full payment is required before sessions begin.

• Refunds: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused services, minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds are provided for completed sessions or after 7 days.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours before a session to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a 50% session fee.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a session without notice will result in a full session charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including study materials, practice tests, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes.

• Share or distribute our proprietary materials.
